Photo restoration does not mean painting over or altering your physical photograph. We create a high-quality digital copy and carry out the restoration on that file.
That means the original remains unchanged while we can carefully rebuild damaged areas, improve fading and restore detail in the digital version.

A few useful answers
Can very badly damaged photographs be restored?
Often, yes. Tears, fading, creases and missing areas can frequently be repaired digitally, although every photograph is different. Send us an image and we’ll tell you what we believe is realistically achievable.
Do you need my original photograph?
Not always. A good quality scan is often enough. If you only have the original print or need help creating a suitable digital copy, contact us and we’ll advise you.
How much does photo restoration cost?
Simple work can start from around £10, while complex restorations may cost £200 or more. The price reflects the time and work required, so we assess and quote each photograph individually.
